Charlotte Kendall
MEET THE FOUNDER
Hey there! I’m Charlotte, a multi-award-winning LX designer, consultant and facilitator, with a knack for unlocking the hidden gems of potential within individuals and organisations.

My journey has been a whirlwind of empowerment—from leading the L&D team at Girlguiding UK and developing its 100,000 volunteers, to leading the L&D charge in Uganda and Ghana for an international NGO.
​
That’s in addition to partnering with a host of clients, including industry giants such as Royal Mail, King, Tesco, the Open University and Deutsche Telekom to engage and develop their people through one-of-a-kind, impactful experiences.
​
I'm also an experienced change consultant. From Europe to Asia, I've been fortunate to steer large-scale people transformation programmes, using the power and influence of business storytelling.
Equipped with a 1st in English from the University of Cambridge, a MA in Development and Social Change, and a Level 5 Certificate in Learning & Development from CIPD, I'm ready to embark on the next exciting project.
OUR STORY
In 2022, Make It Stick came to life as my antidote to years of what can only be described as career restlessness. Despite over a decade of experience, I found myself in a perpetual quest for fulfillment, always hoping each new role would be the key to unlocking my full potential (cue the typical millennial narrative!).

Sure, there were moments of brilliance along the way, picking up invaluable skills and forging amazing, new connections. But more often than not, I found myself without the growth I craved.
​
It got me wondering: surely there's got to be another way? Work doesn't have to be like… this, right?
​
And after some pretty quick deliberation, Make It Stick was born — a purpose-driven business that's dedicated to reshaping the work experience so both employees and their organisations can thrive. And the best bit is, through the exciting work that I do, I now know exactly what that feels like too!
